What payment methods do you accept?

All modes of payment are accepted at Elchic.in.

COD, Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and EMI option is also available.

Is it safe to use my Debit/Credit Card on your website?

Yes, we use approved payment gateways on our website such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Snapmint.

We do not save any of your payment data on our website.

I have placed my order, however, I have not received any confirmation oran update regarding it?

For all orders, you will receive a confirmation via Email or WhatsApp communication. In case, you haven’t received it please contact our customer support team at customersupport@elchic.in and we will be happy to assist you.

What is your shipping policy and, are there any charges?

In pursuit to build a sustainable fashion brand and reduce our carbon footprint on earth, we dispatch your order within 8-10 working days from the date of receipt of order. This is done to avoid the problem of over production which leads to waste generation.

There are no shipping charges for orders across India.

Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We attempt to process your order within 48-72 hours. Normally, it takes 4-5 working days for your order to get delivered depending on your location in India. Sometimes, it may take longer depending on the accessibility of your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will get tracking updates on your WhatsApp number.

You may also visit our website and use your AWB number in the “Track Order” section.

Do you offer expedited shipping option?

Presently, no such option is available.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are proud of our products and take utmost care to meet industry highest standards, however, if by any chance you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products bought can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This means that you can buy products from us for the amount that is to be returned to you, but you will not receive cash back. The item you want to return should be in the same condition you received it - unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Store credits are valid for lifetime & can be used anytime as per you want.

We also offer Exchange in case you are not satisfied with the size, color, or any other reason.

How do I return the product I ordered?

Please follow the steps given below to raise a request for return/exchange:

1. You can raise a return/exchange request by visiting our website. In the footer, you will find an option to “Submit Return/Exchange Request”.
2. You have to submit numerical digits of your order id along with your contact number or email id used for placing the order.
3. Select the product you want to return/exchange. Please note in case of multiple products to be return or exchange, you will have to raise multiple request as per your requirement.
4. You can then continue to choose return or exchange option and submit your request.
5. Once your request is submitted you will receive confirmation and further updates on your email id.

How much time does it take to process my return/exchange request?

1. After your request is received and approved, it normally takes 2-3 days for your return pick up.
2. Once the return is picked up it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.
3. After your product is delivered to our warehouse, quality check is performed on the returned item.
4. Subsequent to QC pass, in case of return request, your refund in the form of store credit will be issued to you as a gift card with a discount coupon for the same amount as order value returned which is valid for lifetime. The refund will be generated with 2-3 working days after QC pass.
5. Please note, if you make a next purchase of amount lesser than the value of gift card, the balance amount is still redeemable.
6. Also, two gift cards cannot be combined together, and a gift card cannot be used with any other discount coupon.
7. In case you have selected exchange, subsequent to QC pass, your exchange product will be shipped.

You will receive updates related to your request on your email id.

I have placed a request for return/ exchange, how can I know the status of Refund/ replacement order ?

As soon as you submit the request on our website, you will receive updates in regard to your request on your registered email. We suggest you to check in your mail box as you will be self-able to know the real time status of your request.

I have placed a return/exchangerequest but my pick-up is not yet done ?

Once the request is submitted from your end, our team will approve/ reject the request in compliance to our internal policy. In either case, you will receive notification via email. Once the request is approved from our side, your pick-up is scheduled. Normally, it takes 48-72 working hours for our logistics partner to get the reverse pick-up done.

Kindly note, we use third party logistics partner as per normal industry standards which limits our control to customise your reverse pick up. Therefore, we highly recommend to be available or arrange handover of products after raising the request on our website.

We will make three attempts to provide pick up after which you will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.

How do I use my store credit?

You can generate the discount coupon from the gift card sent on your email id. You can then copy and paste this discount coupon at the time of checkout while placing the order

How can I cancel my order?

After you have placed an order, you can reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@elchic.in or call us at 8130635533 with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed from our side, we will be able to cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order is processed, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer refund?

We offer refunds only in the form of Store Credit.

What should I do if the item I received is damage or defective?

You may reach out to our customer care at customersupport@elchic.in with the unpacking video of the product received in damaged or defective form. We will do our best to resolve your issue.
